Frequently Asked Questions
Clarifications before you decide to become a Feralist
What is the Feralism community?
It is a global tribe of people who have understood, or are in the process of understanding, the trajectory from fire and artificiality—and who refuse to face it alone. We support each other in rewilding ourselves, sharing knowledge, building concrete alternatives, and preparing for the transition together.
How does the Feral Application work?
Once you join, you receive access to our private community application. Inside, conversations are organized by topic, region, and project. You can participate in open channels, regional groups, and private conversations. The infrastructure is self-hosted and designed to be as resilient and independent as possible, while remaining simple to use.
For now the application is available on Android; an iOS version is planned. You can also connect from desktop using compatible clients if you prefer.
What kind of learning will I find inside the community?
Instead of a separate Academy module, all learning happens within the community space: guides, conversations, workshops, and structured resources. The focus is on three pillars: understanding artificiality, rebuilding relationship with the living world, and regaining concrete skills.
How can I earn income through the community?
Several possibilities exist for members who want to align their income with the movement: a generous affiliate program, marketplace participation (products, services, accommodations), content creation, technical work on the infrastructure, and paid movement missions. Each path has different requirements and levels of involvement.
Is everything online, or are there in-person encounters too?
Digital tools connect us across distances, but the goal is always to reinforce real-life ties. Regional groups organize local meetups, workshops and gatherings; some members host trainings and stays on their land; and we plan periodic larger events as the movement grows.
What if I'm completely new to rewilding?
You are welcome. Nobody is born with this knowledge. The community includes people at very different stages: from first questions to people already living semi-ferally. Start by exploring the resources, reading, listening, and asking questions. The important thing is not your level, but your sincerity.
The Vision
From digital tribe to real-world infrastructure for the exit from artificiality
We start online to build relationships, clarity, and shared tools, but our mission is to move into the real world: lands, tribes, and infrastructures that make an exit from artificiality materially possible.
Acquiring lands for rewilding experiments and natural living communities
Funding research that validates traditional knowledge with modern science
Publishing revolutionary texts that challenge the dominance of artifice
Organizing real-world gatherings to strengthen our tribal bonds
Building digital infrastructure free from corporate control
Supporting feralist enterprises that create alternatives to modern systems
This is more than a community; it is a movement preparing an organized exit from artificiality. We are not only talking about another world—we are building the tools, relationships, and places that will make it livable.

What's coming as we grow

Become a Feralist
If you already see the trajectory of artificiality, you know there is no going back to not knowing. The real question is how to live and organize in coherence with that knowledge. The Feralism community exists to explore that answer together and to build the material, intellectual, and social infrastructure for an exit from artificiality that is as orderly as possible.
